"A man will leave his father and mother and be united to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh." (Matthew 19:5)

Marriage is seen as a gift from God.  The Bible teaches that it is a life-long, faithful union between a man and a woman, and compares married love with the love Jesus has for his people – a love expressed in his willing sacrifice of himself on the cross.

Initial contacts with the Vicar will discuss things like eligibility—can you get married in the Parish—what it all means and how we can help you build a strong marriage.
